Training
Center Faculty work within + across labs to expose students to cutting-edge friendship theory, research, and methods.
In addition to one-on-one meetings with various Center faculty and staff, graduate students gain training in monthly all-hands lab meetings, where we raise and discuss literature central to friendship, identify major open questions in this area, and argue (in the best way).
Undergraduate research assistants and staff are typically paired with specific graduate students to gain hands-on research skills. We're interested in supporting students from across Colleges and Departments, who can reach out to individuals labs or learn more about research opportunities in Psychology here.
